He builds it.
Then he explains it.
Karl Lillrud has spent 30 years at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, customer behavior and business transformation. He founded Pricelizer, named one of CNBC’s 20 hottest startups, and continues to build and pressure test AI systems in real businesses today.
That is why his keynotes feel different. Rather than predicting a distant future, Karl focuses on capabilities that already exist and the decisions organizations need to make now: what to delegate, where human judgment stays accountable, why pilots stall, and how leaders build an operating model rather than a collection of tools.
His first superpower was dyslexia. As a child he thought he was stupid. It turned out he simply did not think like everyone else. Instead of accepting “it just is that way”, he learned to break assumptions down, which is exactly what he helps leaders do with AI today. He founded his first consultancy at sixteen.
He has spoken internationally across more than 30 countries, from TEDx stages to the Headline Stage at eCommerce Expo London, Seamless KSA and Biban in Riyadh, the Asmara Global Summit in Barcelona and the Seminole State College Speaker Series in Florida. He speaks professionally in English and Swedish.
