01

A 15 minute call that changes everything

Karl starts with your objective, your audience and the rest of the programme. What should people think, feel and do differently after the session? That answer shapes everything that follows.

02

Built for your audience, not recycled

Examples, language and frameworks are adapted to your industry and theme. Because AI moves weekly, the content is updated close to the event, so it is current on the day it is delivered.

03

Energy on stage, clarity in the room

Complex technology made simple and practical, with real stories from building companies since 1996. Keynote, fireside, panel, executive session or virtual, delivered in English or Swedish.

04

It does not end when the applause does

Promotion support before the event, a smooth run of show on the day, and follow-up resources so the ideas keep working after everyone has gone home.

Across three editions the relationship moved from the 2022 main stage, where the official recap described Karl taking a jam packed theatre through the future of ecommerce, to the 2023 keynote stage and the 2026 Headline Stage. The content evolved with each invitation, from the future of ecommerce to AI and then to the operating model that makes AI convert.

you ask.
