Keynote plus workshop

AI Opportunity
Workshop.

The keynote gets the whole room moving. The workshop turns that energy into decisions: in half a day your leadership team maps where AI creates value and leaves with three pilots, each with an owner, a date and a measure.

How it runs

Half a day.
Three pilots.

Built for leadership teams that have heard enough about AI and want to decide. Practical, facilitated by Karl, grounded in your own business.

Questions

Workshop
questions.

How long is the workshop?

A half day, about four hours including a break. It usually runs the afternoon after the keynote or the next morning.

Who should be in the room?

8 to 30 people: the leadership team plus the people who will own the pilots. Mixed functions work best: business, operations, technology, HR.

What does it cost?

EUR 7,900 when added to a keynote, so the travel is already covered. The keynote starts from EUR 25,000.

What do we need to prepare?

Each participant fills in the AI Readiness Scorecard beforehand (online, 5 minutes). You provide a room with a whiteboard or flipcharts. Karl brings the rest.

What do we get afterwards?

Within five working days you receive a written summary: the opportunity map, the three prioritized pilots with owners and measures, and the 90 day plan.
