Who is the program for?

Can I buy single sessions?
No. Real change takes rhythm and accountability, so the program is only offered as the full 20 session package.
How long does it take?
Most participants meet every two weeks, which means about ten months. A faster weekly pace is possible.
Can my company pay?
Yes. Most programs are paid by the participant’s company as executive development. You receive an agreement and invoice from Karl’s company.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in the sessions stays between you and Karl, and an NDA can be signed before the first session.
