Prompt 01:
Find the real objective.

Before anything is booked.

You are a senior event strategist. Our event: [name], [format], [number] attendees, [date], [city]. Stakeholders want: [list what each stakeholder said]. Write the single objective this event should serve in one sentence, then three measurable outcomes we can check 30 days after the event. Point out any stakeholder wishes that conflict.

Paste the actual words stakeholders used. The conflicts it finds are often the most valuable output.
